  • Increased team’s exposure by writing and disseminated press releases and press kits to local and national media (i.e. USA Today Olympic Section). In addition to updating Canoe and Kayak’s segment of the US Olympic Committee website.

  • Escorted the media at national team events educating them about the sport.

  • Raise awareness through reporting on all flatwater and whitewater events in the world resurrected Canoe and Kayak Racing News. Editor of Canoe and Kayak Racing News, a 28 page magazine with five issues a year, responsible for writing and gathering articles, photographing racers, publishing race results and organizing a worldwide volunteer staff. This included a Buyer’s Guide where I was responsible for designing and selling advertising using Adobe Software.
